A JUMO inductive flowmeter: Versatile and economic
The JUMO MID is an inductive flowmeter which is used in the flow control of fresh water or wastewater, for precise dosing of chemicals or when regulating an irrigation system. The measuring device is designed for simple control tasks.
A JUMO inductive flowmeter is the preferred choice for applications in which precise dosing of liquids is required. The JUMO MID is particularly recommended for economic and uncomplicated process sequences. The transducer generates an electrical signal from the flow that is processed quickly and reliably. The customer can adapt the instrument to his/her production requirements.
Modern technology: Inductive flowmeter
The magnetic, inductive flowmeters by JUMO only require low maintenance despite the highly modern technology. Installation is easy and the measuring instruments can be installed and removed as required. The sensor is securely fitted in a sleeve made of stainless steel. Furthermore, the devices have no moving parts and are therefore almost wear-free. The 4 to 20 mA output allows the output signal of the transmitter to be directly transmitted to the PLC. The prerequisite for a magnetic inductive flow measurement is the measurement in liquids with a minimum conductivity of 20 µS/cm.
